Happy #TeamAmex Tuesday! Today, Parul from Phoenix shares how our parental leave benefit helped her find balance as a new mom: I'm Parul, a Senior Product Manager, and I’ve been with American Express since 2018. When I became a first-time mom, I quickly realized just how valuable it was to get 20 weeks of fully-paid parental leave. I had time to bond with my baby, recover, and adjust to the new demands of parenthood. Instead of feeling rushed to return to work like many parents, I was able to be fully present for my family, knowing my job and financial security were protected. On top of that, Amex put extra care into helping me transition back to work with ease. They have a free dedicated family concierge line, access to back-up childcare, and most importantly, my leader was supportive in helping create flexibility in my schedule through my transition back. It’s not just about the time away, it’s about feeling truly supported through every step of my journey in becoming a parent. I’m incredibly grateful to work for a company that understands the importance of family and provides the resources to help colleagues thrive both personally, and professionally. Yo American Express, let me know if you are ready to invest via credits on some business plan that will succeed 100% and get the cut in revenue as long as the business needs. I just need something tangible, you can keep the rest of the income. I am ready to make the deal. Puppy Tiger LLC, approve my credit because my finance is complicated. See my profile, background check etc.

American Express , I would say you guys have a great opportunity in India as the Indian middle class is growing and opting for more foreign trips. An Amex card could be quite handy. (We have our own RuPay cards that are eating up Amex's market share here, but they can't compete with Amex in foreign currency withdrawal/expenses. I also work with some great travel influencers who travel abroad frequently). Could you kindly provide me with the appropriate influencer marketing contact email for the India region? I would greatly appreciate any assistance in reaching the right person or department. Thank you in advance for your support!"

Parul's experience is truly inspiring! It's wonderful to see American Express providing such valuable support for new parents. Thank you for sharing your story, Parul. It's great to be a part of a company that understands the importance of family and work-life balance.

Fraud company fooling all indians. Told lies to sell their card and after that no services and no place to use it as no one accepts American express credit cards. Worst 3rd Class company. Will file a consumer complain against American express now
