Way to Become a #GoodEngineer...! Think of entering the industry as an engineer and retiring as an engineer...there is always demand for good engineers. To prove someone a good engineer; 📌 one needs to work for at least 10-15 yrs in the engineering domain as a learner. 📌 after proving, he/she can easily work for another 10-15 yrs. 📌 good engineer can still assume retirement age as 55-60 yrs. In service companies pay may be linked to titles....but in core engineering companies pay is linked to what you are and what you can deliver..! ***** Few inputs; 👉 assume the day has only 23 hrs... reserve the 24th hour for reading; 👉 read what you must read; 👉 understand what you read; 👉 implement what you understand; 👉 validate what you implement; 👉 interpret what you validate; 👉 share only after validation; 👉 understand that an engineer is a person who lives with an error; 👉 understand you will never be perfect but you are better than earlier; 👉 minimize your conversations with fancy title people; 👉 choose your mentor; *** Universities will make you a graduate; Others will make you a manager. But, It’s you need to make yourself a Good Engineer For valuable #mentroship programs, you shall connect with a School of Industry Oriented Engineering and Solutions 👇 https://rb.gy/68t7dr #aerospace #mechanical #goodengineer #mentor #careerplanning #careerbuilding

Believing in yourself is the biggest factor in success, and this is profoundly relevant in #mechanical #engineering, as well as other #careers. In mechanical engineering, projects often start as mere ideas. The belief in one's ability to transform these ideas into tangible, functional systems is crucial. Whether it's designing a new engine or machine, developing a robotics system, or creating sustainable energy solutions, self-belief fuels the perseverance and innovation needed to overcome technical challenges and setbacks. For those in other careers, the message is the same. In #medicine, self-belief empowers doctors to diagnose and treat challenging cases. In #education, it inspires teachers to innovate and engage students in new ways. In #business, it drives entrepreneurs to turn visions into successful enterprises. Across all fields, believing in your abilities cultivates the resilience and determination required to achieve success. No matter your career path, remember that self-belief is the foundation of all great #achievements. It encourages you to push boundaries, embrace challenges, and continually #strive for #excellence. “Believe in yourself, and you can turn your aspirations into reality”.

Section Head and Manager - Process Automation | Jacobs | Pharma | Batch | Life Science | DeltaV DCS | Computer System Validation | MBA in Project Management
This needs to change. I was recently invited by the Instrumentation and Control department in COEP Technological University as an external examiner for Industrial Automation subject for T.Y.B.Tech. Students. While it was personally a great experience to interact with these young and upcoming engineers, it really got me thinking. ❓What about the other engineering students from tier-2 and tier-3 cities in our country? ❓Will they get similar opportunity to interact with industry professionals? ❓Will they get mentoring/counsellings required for them to understand the actual skillset requirements in the industry? If not, they will most probably start their career with major disadvantage as compared to the students from metro cities. ❌This needs to change quickly! I am ready to do my part wherein I am open to mentor students from tier-2 and tier-3 city engineering colleges. Please spread the message and feel free to reach out to me if you need any guidance for career in Industrial Automation. Let's bring the change! 📢 #industrialautomation #letsgrowtogether #mentoring #instrumentationandcontrol
