Women championing women is an powerful concept but it can be hard to do when they are underrepresented in the workplace and/or in leadership. In our company, women in our woodlands and sawmill operations developed a internal networking/resource group to foster a more inclusive workplace. What mechanisms do you have to ensure that women are heard, included, and supported in the workplace? #inspireinclusion
Women supporting women is the basis of a networking group established by female colleagues working across our sawmills and woodlands divisions, which have traditionally had less female representation.
