This is the problem with the applicant tracking systems. The application seldom reaches the recruiter. Those who are the medium, they have this ATS as a tool that creates a mess in the decisioning whether to send the profile to the hiring authority or not. Already there is a mess at the entry point of application for a role. This ATS thing adds to the mess. The hiring manager and the talent acquisition roles have access based controls on these applicant tracking systems. Every second dashboard that one can access, the other may not. More energy is spent in accessing the applications via these platforms. These days there are umpteen integrations available out there that can further filter the available set of candidate data in these applicant tracking systems and furnish a limited number of CVs by further filtration based on the input criteria. There will be a time, that these ATSes will be so optimized that the output would become heavily predictable and there will be 400 rupees courses online on "How to crack a XYZ applicant tracking system using RST talent intelligence software?" #hiringscenes #applicanttrackingsystems #humor Rocket Software #comedy #humor #standupcomedy #ATS #abhibatao
