It's Mental Health Awareness Week, and we all understand that life doesn't always paint a picture of sunshine and rainbows. Over the past few weeks, the M2M team has faced a raft of personal challenges: Sick kids (that dreaded ‘pick your kids up’ daycare call), an elderly parent having a nasty fall, illness of loved ones and the sad loss of friends who departed too soon. We recognise that social media often portrays a selective view, focusing on successes and highlights, but rarely delving into the everyday struggles we all encounter. Today, we're changing that narrative.  We acknowledge that we are facing our own trials right now, however we are committed to keep moving forward - be it one step at a time. Our action plan? Each day we put gratitude and compassion into action for our M2M team, for our whānau, our friends and community! Lets remember that it's not just about enduring tough times; it's about how we support and uplift each other. Together, we can weather any storm and emerge stronger on the other side. #MentalHealthWeek  #ToHelpMyAnxiety
