It’s crucial that employers and, especially, line managers fully understand the commitment required for an apprentice’s End Point Assessment (EPA). The workload leading up to EPA is significant, and without awareness of these demands, it’s impossible to provide the right support. How do we expect apprentices to ask for help when their support network doesn’t even know what’s happening? Open communication and proactive involvement from managers are essential to ensuring apprentices feel supported, valued, and set up for success. #ApprenticeWellbeing #EPASupport #Apprenticeships

Just going through our EPA plan for the ASC apprenticeship level 2 & 3, Emily Rock (Austin) anything you can send me, would really help, we're having to build in long answer questions because of the integration of the ASC certificate and that we can't have observation

Nigel Taylor I’ll email you the survey report but essentially the things that came out for EPA were related to expectations, communication, lack of info and admin. So less about the actual content but more about not knowing.
