1wIt’s crucial that employers and, especially, line managers fully understand the commitment required for an apprentice’s End Point Assessment (EPA). The workload leading up to EPA is significant, and without awareness of these demands, it’s impossible to provide the right support. How do we expect apprentices to ask for help when their support network doesn’t even know what’s happening? Open communication and proactive involvement from managers are essential to ensuring apprentices feel supported, valued, and set up for success. #ApprenticeWellbeing #EPASupport #Apprenticeships
