It’s been a sensational summer here in Atlanta as we partnered with 10,000 Black Interns and welcomed five summer interns 🎓 for a six-week long placement throughout July and August.   Our fabulous five Serena Onamade, Adra S., Iyimide Adegunloye, Dennis Mensah and Sanaya Mannings entered our world of insurance with a bang bringing fresh perspectives and fascinating insight. They’ve all made a huge impact in their time with us working across Technology, People, and Operations, as well as joining forces on a Group wide DEI&B project 🤝. From reviewing our Cyber Security 🛡️ best practices to creating colleague communications and campaigns, their support has been invaluable.    A big thank you to our Talent Manager, Sarah Macdonald, for overseeing the internship programme, as well as to our People Intern, Zara Baggaley, who has fully supported them along the way, sharing experiences and best practices from her recent 12 month placement with Atlanta.    It’s been such an enriching experience for all concerned and we look forward to exploring the programme further. Thank you all for bringing your energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity to our workplace and really making a difference across Atlanta. We wish you the best of luck with your future career endeavours, hopefully with us, and know you’ll all continue to shine bright! 🌟   Scroll to find out more…

Fantastic to see the Atlanta Group investing in the future by hiring such talented interns through the programme ✨ Congratulations to both the interns and the Atlanta Group on a successful class of '24!
