We are pro-actively partnering with our clients to solve highly complex restructuring and turnaround situations by connecting people and numbers … we are RT group
Why do we at RTgroup believe that genuine partnership is key to success in critical turnaround situations? Consider the situation an organisation is in when undergoing a turnaround; high stress, high pressure and a lot of unknown. So, what is required? A management and turnaround team that truly partners to ensure effective stakeholder management, rebuild trust, and balance diverse interests. Does a collaborative approach genuinely lead to successful restructuring, innovation, and resilience? Share your thoughts: Can real partnerships transform business challenges into opportunities for all stakeholders? RTgroup #RTgroup

1 February 2024 marked another important milestone for SMRT, SSG and SIT as we celebrated SMRT's Queen Bee accomplishments in supporting their Value Chain Partners (VCP) since 2020. As I reflect on our collaboration, here are three key takeaways that I would like to share: The appointment as Queen Bee is a testament to SMRT's commitment to community building to uplift Singapore’s transport ecosystem and bring others along a journey towards excellence. The pursuit of excellence has no finishing line, and I quote SSG CEO, Mr. Tan Kok Yam, who shared, "Once a Queen Bee, always a Queen Bee". Kaizen is not just another organisation-wide initiative. It is about shaping a mindset of continuous improvement through daily behaviours and values. At SMRT, the senior management leads by example through GEMBA walks to understand the challenges faced by staff on the ground. When you combine the ingredients of responsible leaders with a shared mindset, behaviours, and values, you can turn an organization’s culture into a competitive advantage. Finally, I would like to leave you with a great quote from the great industrialist Henry Ford, who once said: "Coming together is a beginning; Keeping together is progress; working together is success.” <聚在一起是开始,持续在一起是进步,而真正在一起工作则是成功>. NACE@SIT is privileged to collaborate with SMRT and SSG on the next bound of our partnership to impact more VCPs. #skillsfuture #smrt #Nationalcentreofexcellenceinworkplacelearning #SITLEARNProfessionalDevelopment #kaizen #valuechainpartners #gemba #responsibleleadership #pusuitofexcellence
“Kaizen is now the cornerstone of SMRT culture and part of our DNA. Allow me to share a Chinese quote: “不积跬步,无以至千里” which means without accumulating small steps, one cannot reach a thousand miles.” — SMRT Chairman Seah Moon Ming #DoYouKnow: In 2020, with support from SkillsFuture Singapore, #SMRT was made the first Queen Bee of the public transport sector. 🐝 🚇 🚌 Yesterday, together with SkillsFuture SG and Singapore Institute of Technology, we celebrated: ✨ The successful completion of SMRT’s initial Queen Bee appointment! ✨ The signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE@SIT)! We will use Kaizen to further uplift more than 1,500 Value Chain Partners (VCPs), helping to train more staff and implementing more improvement projects. 👍 With this new MoU, SMRT will continue as the Queen Bee 2.0 of the public transport sector 👑, to build the capabilities of our value chain and improve ourselves. Here's to ‘Moving People, Enhancing Lifestyles’! 😀 #MySMRT #Kaizen@SMRT
