ALWAYS ask questions at the end of your interview. I've rejected more qualified candidates than I can count purely on the basis of them asking 0 questions to their interviewers (yes, hiring managers care). This is a great list, but if you want to go a level deeper, ask for personal opinions and experiences with the company: "How do you feel about the leadership team?" "What is your favorite and least favorite part about working here?" "How does the team deal with debate or conflict?" "How do you feel about the current trajectory of the product?" "What is the team struggling with most? How can I / this role help?" "What would you change about the company if you could?" #interviewing #interviewtips #beprepared
