📸🎉The internship batch closing ceremony is a pivotal event that marks the culmination of a significant learning journey. It's a time to reflect on the knowledge and experience gained during the internship period. 🎓👏 🏆 The ceremony typically includes speeches from mentors, where they share their insights and express gratitude. Certificates and awards are often presented to outstanding interns. It's a bittersweet moment, as interns bid farewell to colleagues and mentors, but also celebrate their growth and accomplishments. 🚀 👏 The event fosters a sense of camaraderie and leaves interns with lasting memories and a strong foundation for their future endeavors.🚀✨ #AwardCeremony #TalentRecognition #InternshipCompletion" 🌈🎬🏅

Interns have huge value... ...if you let them! As an elder millennial, I only ever heard of interns fetching coffee and making copies whilst growing up, and that's the impression I think most people of similar age had of internships. Times have definitely changed and thank goodness for that! Yesterday we had our third annual Intern Showcase where several of our amazing interns spoke about the impactful projects they have been working on this summer. These are projects that will really benefit our business and I'm just loving what internships can be when you have a well-structured program that looks to benefit both interns AND the company. Its also important to me that they are given an opportunity to not only share their work, but to be able to build their presentation skills to a wide audience of senior leadership - this is why I and my virtual coffee hour co-chair launched this showcase three years ago. We wanted to make sure that our incredible interns felt supported and engaged with the rest of their fellow employees, making it a valuable summer for everyone. Who else has had a less-than-stellar internship experience when starting out? Do you see the same changes I see in today's internship programs?

Curious about what the CampusFM Internship Experience looks like? Check out this footage from our cohort last summer! The skills taught each week align with the interns’ most immediate needs while they are transitioning and assimilating to the job. For example, they are not worried about what to put on their LinkedIn profile at the start of their internship, they are worried about reducing uncertainty and learning how to do their job. Interested in enrolling your summer interns in this program? Have questions? Schedule time here to learn more: https://lnkd.in/gJu5YN5F

@Celonis wanted to showcase their internships in an authentic way that only the interns themselves could have done. By giving interns the power to film themselves, while sticking to a shot list-format, they were able to do just that. #iphonevideoproduction #videoproduction #productvideos #marketingstrategy #contentstrategy #employerbranding
