Expanding on our rich history of constructing premier golf and country club facilities within the Triangle area, we're thrilled to announce our involvement in enhancing the North Ridge Country Club | Raleigh. Our latest project encompasses the development of a two-story wellness building, set to update the grounds currently occupied by the golf cart storage facility. The Wellness Center will consist of a lobby, locker rooms, weight training and group fitness, physical therapy, golf simulator, golf cart storage area, bag storage, and a bar with an outdoor terrace. In collaboration with partners such as NEMA Management and a team of design professionals, including CHAMBERS architects, BASS, NIXON & KENNEDY CONSULTING ENGINEERS, McAdams, Collins Structural Consulting, PLLC, and Crenshaw Consulting Engineers, we're committed to delivering an excellent construction experience for North Ridge Country Club and their members. #constructionmanagement #projectmanagement
