Research shows that a child's diet can have a significant impact on their symptoms of ADHD. A balanced diet high in nutrients and low in processed foods has been found to greatly improve focus, behavior, and mood in children with ADHD. Including plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and limiting sugary and highly processed snacks can make a big difference.
