🚧 Do you want to be a champion for gender equality in the construction industry? 💪🏻 Was pumped to read an article over the weekend about the new NAWIC NSW - National Association of Women in Construction Male Allies Program, which has been created to equip men with the tools to create a more inclusive workplace. The new self-paced course helps men to understand gender disparities, break biases, and actively support their female colleagues. As male allies, we can: ➡️ Foster empathy and awareness of challenges women face ➡️ Identify and overcome unconscious biases ➡️ Mentor and sponsor female colleagues for career development ➡️ Create a culture of respect and inclusion Ready to be the change you want to see?
