Mental clarity often begins with a clean space. 2)Set One Big Goal and a Few Small Steps Identify what matters most for the week and break it into manageable actions. Block time on your calendar to focus on these priorities. Each week, I review my key roles and define the one thing I need to accomplish—it goes directly on my calendar. 3)Time Block Your Week Reserve dedicated time for your tasks and goals. This structure will help you stay on track and make meaningful progress.
