Planning application submitted for a new Public Realm Area in Boston. The regeneration of a public realm area in Boston is a step closer with the submission of a planning application. This marks the first phase of the Rosegarth Square regeneration project, which was awarded £14.8 million in government funding. Councillor Anne Dorrian, Leader of Boston Borough Council, said: “The submission of the planning application is a major milestone in transforming this run-down part of town into an exciting new space for everyone. “The aim of this first phase of the project is to enhance connectivity within the town centre.
