Exciting job opportunities for leaders

It’s been a phenomenal 90 days since I joined Novo Nordisk.🥳 What I’ve experienced so far at Novo Nordisk: 1. Authentic and servant-leadership: Novo Nordisk is a psychologically safe workplace where people can shine because types of leaders are carefully vetted based on their people management quality. 2. Respect: Everyone is respected in their own right irrespective of job titles, and everyone is a key contributor. 3. Trust: When one is trusted to do a good job and given a thoughtful and welcoming onboarding, you are set to succeed, not to fail. 4. Decency: Bad apples are not tolerated here! When ethics and organisational values are not just slogans but something everyone sincerely practises in daily operations (from how you talk to your colleagues, how you treat your suppliers, to how you show up every day), one sees consistent decency and fairness across the organisation. 5. When a group of people have each other’s back, we become brave and unafraid to try new ways. Looking back, I am even grateful for one of the darkest phases of my life I endured earlier this year; because I was pushed to the precipice, I can now see clearly what is worth pursuing🙌

July marks my 2-year milestone at Roche, and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude and motivation. 🎉👩🔬👩🏻💻Gratitude for the opportunities I've been given and motivation to continue pushing forward. A heartfelt thanks to my manager who hired me and provided me the opportunity, supported me, cheered for me, valued me, provided the tools and resources essential for my personal and professional growth. I am truly blessed to have such a supportive manager by my side.😌🙌🧿 Reflecting on this journey, I've come to realize that true leadership isn't about being the loudest voice or rigid in management style. It's about empathy, understanding, and simply being there for your team—it's about people, always. 💯 Another lesson close to my heart: let go of the mindset, you know the - I’m too senior for this task mindset? Ditch it. Every task, every project - it’s all a learning curve. 📈Execution is everything. Get your hands dirty. You can’t take off without hitting the runway with full speed. 🛫 Confession time: feeling like an imposter occasionally is more common than we think. Wondering if you’re the right person for the job ? You’re not alone. Honestly, you don’t need hard work, destiny or connections to make it through. All you need is, courage. 💪🏻Courage to follow unconventional paths in life, courage to be vulnerable. Courage to put yourself out there and take chances. Courage of not setting for anything less than you can deliver. Courage to go after what you really, really want. My two cents on making it through the corporate world. ✨😊🙏🏻

We had the second session with the ICON Leadership Team BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. following the one we had in Turkey on July 5th 2023. We met this time in Brazil, in a very beautiful place with lush and magical nature🍃 that helped the team disconnect from day-to-day activities, pause, reflect and invest time in strategic planning focused on the business challenges for next year, but also continue building a very strong team to face them. Participants from different parts of the world (Middle East, Turkey, Colombia, Argentina, USA, and Brazil) gathered to emphasize the importance of in-person meetings and physical spaces for collaboration. 💭 In this inspiring place, they continue connecting and building stronger relationships. Knowing and learning more from each other, defining how they want to continue collaborating and coordinating to have greater contributions. They all reflected on their brand, their purpose, and how they wanted to face 2024 as the ICON Leadership Team 🌟🤩. We are seriously taking it up a level 🚀 with the next 50 Lunches 🍽 50 Leaders attendee. It was a real pleasure to sit down this week 🗓 with one of, if not the, longest serving foreign Representative Director in the Japan 🇯🇵 pharmaceutical industry, James Feliciano. Getting his start in the US 🇺🇸 with Wyeth , he transferred to Japan in the early 2000's where he worked for a number of years in marketing before the acquisition by Pfizer. A 4️⃣-year period followed where he was Japan Director for their Vaccines Division 💉 before being lured across to Merck Group, assuming the role of Commercial Director. Promoting to President for the final 2 years there, a too-good-to-refuse opportunity at AbbVie followed which he grabbed with both hands 👐.  The past 8.5 years he has served as President, overseeing a period of meteoric 🚀 growth for their Japan business.   "For AbbVie Japan senior leaders, we strive to demonstrate daily certain key leadership attributes: 1. The experience was unforgettable, the sessions eye-opening, and the logistics crystal clear. I am showered with compliments: Bravo! How did you manage to achieve that?   We started preparation early. Well, 9 months in advance – enough time for a baby to be born! Every day, every hour we worked hard to get closer to success. Well... it's not that unique. What is your secret?   It is simple, really: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." This is the way we think in Sanofi.   The magic lies in TEAMWORK. Our team is united by purpose, driven by high standards, and passionate about adding value to the business. We co-create solutions together. I had the valuable opportunity to discuss with Robert Kuzela-GM of Dupnitsa plant, the continuation of our common projects, how to help each other and continue to work for the sustainable leadership position of Teva on the Bulgarian market and worldwide.
