Ravi Garg my friend from, the Executive Leadership program by Rakesh Rana♟️ has posted a wonderful article on being grateful. I just wanted to add another point through #friendship to remain Grateful and practice gratitude. The circle of good friendship is so strong that one can only remain grateful throughout lifetime. It has immense power to amplify the positivity quotient surpassing all useless thoughts. To quote an example, a meetup of college Alumni after 2 decades evoked fun and painful events of adventurous college days. Surfing though these conversations an AAHA moment surfaced when one of us explained about his Forgive and Forget (that persona) practice to all unexpected, unpleasant events and people. The benefits of such experiences cannot be underestimated in a friend circle and I must remain grateful on this circle of everlasting strengths. Ask this to self, if I remain grateful to all those friends who have seen you, taken care of you, challenged you, referred to you to jobs, promotions, contacts for business growth, even help you get to your partner, list goes on... IF they wronged you, IF they don't respond, don't let your mind flushed up with doubts or grudges. Instead Forgive them and Disassociate the person from that #persona. We cannot know what was going through in their minds. But appreciate that human mind just "wants " thoughts" to be addressed and can take a shortcut to get that processing of thought. When you do this sort of gratitude practice, your mind shall choose to empty the unpleasant thoughts and help builds up a stringer the circle of control, impact and Influence. Its TRUST. REMARKS BY JAY NAIDOO Thank you for your invitation. It is a subject that is troubling most South Africans and especially Elders like me that have spent pour lifetimes as freedom fighters. The sad reality is that 40% of South Africans did not vote in our last election. This is a chilling statistic that should have been a national public debate. The question we have in our minds is how legitimate are those that today sit in our Parliament? Perhaps as interesting is the voting pattern did not give any party an outright majority. We can conclude that most South Africans to not trust our political parties, especially the old liberation movement in Africa, the ANC. I am tired of speaking in generalities. I live for the past three years in the North-West Province, close to Marikana. A province that Stats SA recently stated there are more unemployed than employed people. In this ecological catastrophe unfolding here I have chosen not to be an observer. This is our individual choice. 60 million South Africans should ask themselves, ‘What can I do to make a contribution towards nation building and healing ourselves and our country?’ So let me focus on what I am doing to make my contribution and challenge us all to do better.  As I said I live in Magaliesberg Biosphere. This is a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. This ancient mountain was the home to our ancestors Australopithecus between 2-4 million years ago. Interestingly in recent times Homo Naledi surfaced as another iteration before Homo Sapiens, close to 300000 years ago. Whether this is a separate species is still a debate. It is the reputed home of all biodiversity, and the beginning of geologic time. It is 2.2 billion years old. While it has given us the one of the wealthiest biospheres of life and biodiversity in the world, it also gave us 75% of the platinum group metals of the world. We have to assess whether tis was a curse or blessing.

What a common strategy, I hope one day some employers will realise how important is human power and capital. They need to realise that many destiny depend on those force that are driving the company's growth, the more you keep them happy the higher profit you make through their hard work.
