This initiative is crucial for accelerating the equitable and environmentally responsible deployment of carbon management technologies. The project is led by a fantastic team including: Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Carbon Containment Lab, Idaho National Laboratory, Washington Geological Survey (link below), Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries (DOGAMI), and Washington State University Tri-Cities. The project is supported by an amazing set of industrial partners including CRC's Carbon TerraVault, Carbfix, and Cella. In addition to leading this RITAP, Carbon Solutions is proud to serve as a co-PI and partner on four additional RITAP projects, allowing us to play a pivotal role in five of the nine selected projects. We are committed to advancing basin-scale carbon transport, storage, and community engagement through these groundbreaking initiatives.
