Aphorio Carter, a division of Carter Funds, recently acquired its fifth critical infrastructure facility located in Collierville, Tennessee for approximately $13 Million. This net-leased enterprise data center, spanning over 86,000 SF and situated on 4.62 acres of land, is fully leased and boasts 41,000 SF of raised flooring. This milestone follows our recent acquisition of Tucson Tech Data Center, an absolute triple-net-leased data center strategically positioned in a vibrant tech hub serving the greater Phoenix area.
