I have participated in workspaces in my youth that did not provide training beyond what was strictly technical or, for example, that related to industrial safety for obvious reasons. Likewise, it was evident even to an inexperienced young man that the work environment was incredibly inefficient and the result was very low productivity and the impossibility of imposing any order, since no one was interested in any other goal than meeting the schedule and running out of the place. , having performed the minimum amount of assigned tasks to justify not being fired. In any case, if by training people you achieve that each one seeks their greatness and displays their best version in your company, you have already largely recovered your investment by creating a culture of improvement and constant development where there is synergy that accompanies the growth of the team or workgroup. There will be those who leave searching for a salary in line with their abilities if a way is not found to retain them by recognizing them and increasing their income. Although, in any case, if it is a properly trained person, it has already benefited the company in various ways.
