Time flies. It doesn’t feel like that long ago that I was helping El Dorado County finish up their lease and remodel of 768 Pleasant Valley Drive in Diamond Springs. Just shy of 11 years later, I am fortunate to have helped them renew their 14,000 square foot lease for Health and Human Services for 10 years. This renewal will economically benefit the County with favorable lease terms and tenant improvements that will positively impact their use of the space over the next 10 years - and in a beautiful building (which are tougher to come by than you think in El Dorado County). The real question is…will I be doing the next renewal in 10 years? #commercialrealestate #realestate #officespace

It’s construction season in Michigan and we know that could inconvenience our patients as they make their way to important appointments at Sparrow offices in downtown Lansing. We’ve put together a quick guide for navigating the detours and cones so you can get where you need to go without too much hassle. US-127 is being worked on from Michigan Avenue to I-96 with closures at the Trowbridge Road ramps and westbound I-96 ramps. The work at the US-127 and I-96 intersection is scheduled to be completed in June 2024 and the Trowbridge intersection work is scheduled to be completed in December 2024. To avoid those issues, consider the following: • If you are coming from the north or south, Cedar Street and Pennsylvania Avenue are open. • If you are coming from the east or west, Michigan Avenue is open. Did you know MnDOT’s I-94 Gap project begins this summer? The Gap Project will expand I-94 to six lanes, three in each direction to close the gap between Albertville and Monticello. Prep work is anticipated to begin in July 2024, with construction taking place between Spring 2025 through Fall 2026, with wrap up anticipated in 2027.
