For our product to grow,we have to offer such a compelling new capability that customers are willing to risk being tied to us as vendor for a potentially long time. This will lock customers with us if they choose us as their vendor. It's advisable to come up with a point of sale system. A foundation to store our data. This makes the business to have a high retention customer rate. Our product development has to give us expectation that once customers will begin to use our products,they will continue to do so. We are required to track our attrition rate or churn rate very carefully. Our purpose is to test the value hypothesis.
