If you have Achiever and Strategic in your top ten, your Strategic mind helps you see the bigger picture, while your Achiever spirit propels you forward. With your Strategic vision, you can navigate different twists and turns that are thrown your way, and your Achiever can help you take the best step forward, fueled by determination. If at first you don’t succeed, try again. Lean on your Strategic to consider all your options, and then apply your Achiever to take the best path forward. What do you like the most about using your Achiever and Strategic talents together?

My #1 & #2. It’s a fun and sometimes mentally exhausting combo because I also have responsibility, relator, and positivity in my top 5, so I’m determined to accomplish everything as strategically as possible while lifting others up and helping them along the way.  I wouldn’t want it any other way, though 🙌🏻

My Strategic is even evident when I drive. Often when i approach a red traffic light I quickly determine which lane is shortest (most cars are like sheep and fall in line behind the longest line). If the traffic light is not working and there is a slow turnaround of cars taking turns at the intersection, I will take the "left turn only" lane and make a U-turn and then a left turn again at the intersection, whilst most of the cars I would have been waiting behind are still slowly approcahing the intersection. 😅

#1 and 2 for me! Followed by competition, relator, and significance. Hard to find a “off switch” sometimes, but I won’t stop looking. 😁

I have both in my top 5 👋🏼 and I find the description accurate 👌🏼 in my case, it all depends on the context, the situation, and the size or impact of the decision to be made. Sometimes I take a strategic approach, gathering more information to see the bigger picture. Other times, I trust my gut, make small wins, and move forward.

Achiever #10 and Strategic #5. Once my strategic does the way finding and creates numerous pathways, I hunker down and move in one direction (complete with lists and checklists).
