The price of coffee in India has surged due to the impact of El Nino-induced drought on coffee production in major #coffee-growing regions worldwide. According to #planters interviewed by Down To Earth (DTE), the price of #Robusta coffee beans has risen significantly, now equaling that of premium #arabica beans in India. This increase in price is a result of the drought affecting production in key coffee-producing countries such as #Brazil and #Vietnam. The demand for Robusta coffee has reached new heights, with prices peaking at Rs 10,000 for a 50 kg standard bag, up from the traditional price range of Rs 4,000-5,000 per bag that has been maintained for nearly a decade. Arabica coffee is known for its superior quality and creamy texture. In India, coffee cultivation is primarily concentrated in the southern regions of #Karnataka's #Kodagu (Coorg), as well as in #Kerala and #TamilNadu. India accounts for approximately 15% of the world's coffee production, with the majority (around 70%) coming from #Karnataka alone. The primary coffee-growing areas in the state include #Chikkamagaluru, #Hassan, #Madikeri, and #Kodagu. Our team at Gogreen Warehouses is currently managing significant volumes of coffee for banks, financing institutions, and corporations in the aforementioned regions.

Goa jaakar agar Cashew Feni try nahi ki to kya khaak Goa gaye tum 😒😆😆 But why is Cashew Feni available exclusively there? Well, it has been given a GI Tag. GI Tag = Geographical Indication Tag Basically, it’s given to certain products belonging exclusively to a particular area. 👉 Darjeeling Tea 👉 Mysore Silk 👉 Nashik Wine 👉 Bikaneri Bhujia They all have GI tags. It certifies that the product has > qualities > characteristics > reputation inherent to the location from which it has originated. Besides, it: > Protects unique products > assures their quality and authenticity > supports rural development > increases global demand But only producers, growers, or manufacturers who are located within the geographical territory and adhere to the specified standards can use GI Tag. Also, ONE company can’t use the GI tag to create a monopoly since it applies to all goods originating from a region. …….. What has been your favourite memory from Goa Trip? Comment below 👇

Lets not change the Change During a recent trip to the Konkan Region of Maharashtra, I was reminded of this truth. Initially resistant to the local cuisine, I found myself yearning for the familiar tastes of Punjabi food. However, this resistance only led to dissatisfaction. I was missing out on the essence of travel and exploration. By the second day, I decided to adopt a new approach. I began to sample the local dishes, requesting only a slight adjustment in spice levels. This small change made a significant difference, allowing me to appreciate and enjoy the region's culinary offerings. This experience was a metaphor for life's broader changes. To truly evolve, we must: - Approach changes with an open mind - Observe the new environment - Adjust our expectations - Adapt to the situation Only then can we turn change into a successful journey. Let's not mold change to fit us; let's mold ourselves to embrace the essence of change. #ChangeManagement #PersonalGrowth #Adaptability #CulturalExperience

There is one thing I absolutely love being a Gujarati. We have business ingrained in our brains. Even when I am out with my loved ones in a restaurant I am calculating things like how many seats are there, what is the staff cost etc. I've seen my mother and father do the same too. And the fun part? This is not intentional at all. It is very natural. These type of thoughts are running even when someone is doing a job. When flying in an aeroplane, we calculate the costing of that. When eating pan from a panwala we try calculating his profit. And the list goes on. But why is that? It's because people from dry region tend to be very much money minded. Like the Arabs, or the Marwadis. And Gujarat seems to fall under a dry region as well. It is totally an environmental condition being inherited generations after generations. Are you also someone who's business minded? Let me know in the comments below! #Businessminded #Gujarati #Gujju
