Thrilled to share some exciting news from All American Poly! We recently hosted our 1st Inaugural Leadership Summit, a monumental event where leaders from all departments came together with a shared purpose: to enhance our customer experience. This summit wasn't just about meetings and agendas; it was a holistic gathering where ownership and management truly bonded. We dined together, engaged in team-building activities, and most importantly, unified our visions for the journey ahead. One of the most rewarding experiences that exist in the universe is the ability to see the impact of what we do. Working with the second cohort of the senior women’s leadership identity development program - “Unleash” for Walmart - has been truly inspiring for us. The journey of many months hopefully gave our participants many takeaways. But it gave us many rich insights as well. 1) Most of our unique life challenges essentially map to a universal set of human dilemmas. 2) Being vulnerable together builds unbreakable connections 3) Becoming a leader means we have to push ourselves and test our edges and boundaries.
