Over the past 22 years, together, we’ve identified shared resources for front or back-office operations. A model that will allow you to build a financial model that reduces balance sheet risk and recognizes positive income statements. As a CUSO, what could you do and do better? Change your perspective, ELEVATE your view. Here’s a bit of our playbook: 1. Our model: We looked at our model and found we could identify special pricing models to support and subsidize small CUs 2. Partner, don’t control: Don’t become the competition to your credit unions 3. Build a collaborative solution set with other CUSOs customized for all sizes of credit unions 4. Recognize the individual credit union brands regardless of size or growth potential 5. Building and leaning into what we are known for; building shared resource services - leaning into the network effect, and build economies of scale for our credit unions. Giving our credit unions access to things like: - access to experts, and workforces that they never thought possible, at disruptively low price points - New technologies - Multifaceted business models - Increased transparency - Access to new markets Can not wait to see you there!
