Looking to make a positive impact on climate resilience? 🌱 The Chubb Charitable Foundation is seeking for organizations registered as a 501(c)(3) in the U.S. or the equivalent in other countries, implementing proven climate resilience solutions to strengthen our natural environment and vulnerable communities. We're particularly interested in projects focused on: ● Nature-based solutions: Conserving land or restoring ecosystems like wetlands, reefs, and mangroves. ● Agricultural resilience: Helping smallholder farmers adopt restorative practices and adapt to climate change. ● Community resilience: Strengthening infrastructure and connecting communities to green jobs. Today is the United Nations’ World Environment Day, the day where people from across the world speak up to raise awareness and action for the protection of the environment. Our environment. The world is joining together to discuss land restoration, desertification and drought resilience, all under the 2024 slogan of “Our land. Our future. We are #GenerationRestoration.”   At EESI, the restoration of land has been the central tenant and driving force behind all the work that we do as contaminated land consultants. Every day, the samples we collect, the analysis we undertake, the advice that we provide, the work that we do is undertaken to aid in the restoration of our degraded lands.   If you aren't already, there are so many ways to participate and make a difference. Raising awareness within your local communities and keeping conversation going, attending a World Environment Day event, or donating and volunteering with a local environmental charity.   It's only together that we can create a healthier, more resilient planet for generations to come. #WorldEnvironmentDay #LandRestoration #Sustainability #GenerationRestoration #WeFixLand #EESI
