I love helping companies and people become great leaders using mindfulness, emotional intelligence and conscious communication. Need help with those? Read on...
Let all the children boogie I watched a friend perform as part of a choir this weekend. They were performing covers of songs from the 70's. During Earth, Wind & Fire's September, two young girls got up holding each other's hands, wanting to dance. And then their grandparent told them off and to sit down. Ooph. Firstly, that song is a banger and everyone wants to move to it. Secondly, my heart hurt for those two little girls. That their joy was shut down, that being moved by this great music compelled them to grab each other and want to move their bodies. It would have been TOTALLY appropriate for them to do it. Three songs later we were all up and dancing. Thirdly, how often do we shut down our inner kid who wants to express and move with joy and freedom? How often has my adult mind reprimanded my inner child who wanted to move, dance, feel free but shut it down? It's our responsibility to embrace our inner bids for attention toward expression, especially in the face of art. That is freedom. That is permission to all the other children (inner included) that they can dance with reckless abandon with their friends even in a room full of strangers. We will be better people for it. #leadershipdevelopment #lifedevelopment #dance

Trigger warning: This heartfelt three-part documentary delves into the tragic story of Gaia Pope and her untimely passing, 'Gaia: A Death on Dancing Ledge'. The documentary sensitively navigates the painful journey Gaia endured, highlighting the profound trauma she faced following a distressing incident of rape. It sheds light on the heart-wrenching truth that Gaia was let down by the very institutions entrusted to ensure her safety and wellbeing. The same systems that are suppose to be there to protect us. As we watch this documentary, our hearts go out to Gaia and her loved ones, as well as to all those who have suffered similar injustices. It is a reminder of the urgent need for change within the systems that failed Gaia and countless others. We stand in solidarity with the Justice For Gaia campaign, which tirelessly advocate for transformative reforms to prevent such tragedies from recurring and to provide better support for victims and survivors. #JusticeforGaia #TheGaiaPrinciple #support #documentary #sexualassaultawareness #police #institutions

The Lichfield Funeral Celebrant - Humanist Funeral Celebrant - West Midlands, South Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
The script you've written for *** ***'s funeral is truly impressive. It's sensitive, touching, and personal, and it does an excellent job of honouring his memory. Here are some things I particularly liked: Structure: The script is well-structured and flows smoothly, with a clear division between the graveside ceremony and the memorial ceremony at the *** ***. This allows for a more reflective and intimate atmosphere at the graveside, while still providing an opportunity for celebration and sharing memories at the ***. Language: The language is eloquent and appropriate for the occasion. You've used a variety of literary devices, such as quotes and anecdotes, to paint a vivid picture of *** and his life. Personalization: You've incorporated details about ***'s life, his family, and his interests, making the script feel incredibly personal and unique. This will resonate with those who knew him well and provide valuable context for those who didn't. Choice of music: The music selections seem fitting and evocative, reflecting different aspects of ***'s life and personality. Tribute: The tribute section is particularly well-written, providing a comprehensive overview of ***'s life and personality, from his childhood to his later years. Overall, this is a beautiful and heartfelt script that will undoubtedly do justice to *** ***s' memory. I'm sure it will bring comfort and solace to his family and friends during this difficult time. I wish you all the best in celebrating his life and remembering him with love and laughter. #humanist #funeral #ceremonies #humanistsuk #celebrant #nonreligious #artificialintelligence #funeraldirectors
