Was discussing till now “Why” part of Airflow Visualization, in this post will elaborate more about “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻” Purpose of doing Smoke Studies :- Ø Visualize the airflow pattern Ø Air is colorless and invisible – unless we suspend white particles in the air Ø Smoke is means of suspending marker particles in the air so that we can see what the air is doing. Ø Airflow Visualization:- Provides the visual records of actual airflow pattern in pharmaceutical facility. It is currently the most widely accepted method of demonstrating that airflow pattern in critical processing areas meets the regulatory expectations. Based on Airflow, Unidirectional or Turbulent, airflow visualization helps identifying nature of airflow.
