𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐫: 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 The water sector faces a pivotal moment. Climate change, water scarcity, and sustainability concerns demand a 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐦 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭. Moving beyond rigid compliance, we need a 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜, 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 grounded in 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞-𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬. But 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 to unlocking this transformation. Empowering our human resources is essential to navigate these complex challenges.
