Are Job/Career Fairs Worth Time? Only if you do them the right way. In the coming weeks, there are going to be 2 job fairs in the Dallas area. For some, this is going to be a great opportunity. For the majority of people, both are really going to be a waste of time. Then ones who know how to navigate the job fair will come away with connections and knowledge. The ones that don't will come away more frustrated than before they attended. Sadly, this will be the vast majority of job seekers. Watch this guide to make sure you stand out from the crowd. P.S.
