With the recent announcement of The Third Group, I've received an overwhelming number of direct messages 🚀, making it challenging to go through them all. I discovered some great ones I initially missed. It's important to review every message. Most of the messages we receive daily are untargeted, but among them might be ones that could help someone and their family in their time of need. It's important to recognize that this is not just an act of kindness, but also a powerful way to strengthen our community and economy. Supporting job seekers can have a ripple effect, boosting their confidence and increasing their chances of finding meaningful employment. I encourage everyone to try and assist those who are looking for a job. Have a great week. #candidatecare #recruitment

"Every job application represents a person with dreams, skills, and hopes for the future. It's crucial to treat each applicant with respect and dignity, acknowledging their efforts and time invested in applying. While we can't guarantee a role for everyone, a response, even a brief one, can make a significant difference. It shows that their application was considered and valued. Let's prioritize transparency and empathy in our hiring processes. A simple acknowledgment can go a long way in fostering goodwill and respect within the professional community. Remember, every interaction shapes our reputation as employers and impacts the experiences of job seekers." #RespectEveryApplicant #TransparencyInHiring #EmpathyMatters #AcknowledgmentIsKey #ProfessionalismInRecruitment #JobSeekerExperience #CandidateEngagement #HumanizeHiring #PositiveCandidateInteractions

Trusted Marketing Consigliere and Strategic Thought Leader With a Passion for Mentoring and Driving Marketing Innovation and Product Led Growth
Raising The Bar Off Of The Ground Providing transparency and clear communication to job applicants about their application status and the roles they have applied for can significantly benefit an organization's brand and marketing efforts. When candidates have a positive experience during the recruitment process, they are more likely to become ambassadors for the company's brand, even if they are not hired. This positive experience enhances the organization's reputation as a desirable employer, strengthening its employer brand. Additionally, positive reviews and testimonials from satisfied candidates can improve the company's online reputation, making it more attractive to potential employees and customers. Maintaining positive relationships with candidates, even if they are not selected, can also expand the organization's talent pipeline and contribute to a positive brand image among potential customers. By prioritizing open communication, transparency, and respect throughout the recruitment process, organizations can enhance their brand reputation, attract top talent, and cultivate positive relationships with potential employees and customers alike.
I want to apologize to everyone who’s taken the time to submit a job application to us and never heard anything back. Starting Monday every time we close a role, we'll email everyone that applied to give them data and context on what happened with that specific role. We'll share things like: How many people applied How many people we spoke with What it was that made resumes stand out Stats on any numeric data we collected in our application If you applied to a role with us on or after March 1st, you will get one of these emails in the next two weeks. Please message Forward directly via our company page if you were expecting but didn't receive one of these emails by June 14th. Employers, including us, need to do better. --- Edit: Thank you to everyone who is amplifying this post, your response speaks volumes. To everyone out there who’s looking and whose time and emotional well-being has been taken for granted by employers: I'm sorry. The community here sees you and you deserve better. To everyone fortunate enough to be hiring: I know it can be overwhelming but I hope this makes you want to create a better experience for the folks applying to your roles. What’s good for candidates is ultimately good for you. Here's to a better tomorrow.
