Join the movement! I cannot express how incredible our team is, which makes it really exciting every time we start to grow more. While the job application will break down the job requirements, benefits, and expectations- what it won't tell you is the culture that you're walking into. I love my team- SO much. They are the most amazing bunch of unique wack-a-doos I have ever had the pleasure of laughing with. Some are quiet, some are loud, but all are amazingly unique and so damn good at what they do. They care about their customers and doing the right thing over the easy thing. They work hard and do what it takes to get a job a done. And while we're constantly being provided feedback and ideas, I can't tell you one time that a team member has ever complained... about anything. And that's certainly not saying anything about The Grit Game as a company- we're far from perfect and still less than 2 years old after all. But it does say an awful lot about our team. They just don't make excuses. They are the living embodiment of GRIT on a daily basis and they make me so proud. If that's a culture you feel like you could step into and feel at home- please consider joining our one-of-a-kind party. This cha-cha just isn't the same without you. https://lnkd.in/eiK_ic-q

How do winning teams work? A team reaches its highest success when every member on that team decides it is more important for the team to get the victory rather than the individual. Just because we put a bunch of superstars together does not mean we will have a great product. But when everyone puts their own selfish ambition aside and pushes toward the same vision, they are unstoppable! The same holds true in society. Are we fighting to make a name for ourselves or instead pushing God’s agenda? When we decide that our life is about glorifying God, our actions become aligned as a community and we are unstoppable. Get to work!

Part of a ecosystem to develop omnichannel strategies to gain and manage opt-ins. Particularly interesting when moving into new TA's with new customer groups and for biotechs (focused on rare diseases) from the US who are moving into Europe and require more digital-heavy GTM models. Still seeing the need for providing strong omnichannel campaigns to firstly gain the opt-ins, but then make strong use of the opt-ins once they are gathered.
Great that David Ziedman is joining our team. Welcome on board!

I have learned valuable lessons from being a part of a basketball team and it has taught me, how to be a comprehensive team player. In basketball, you have to work together with your teammates, communicate effectively, and support each other on and off the court. You have to trust your coach, follow the game plan, and adapt to different situations. You have to respect your opponents, play fair, and accept the outcome. But perhaps the most challenging and rewarding aspect of being a team player is understanding your role and embracing it. Some days, you will be playing on the field as one of the main five players, contributing to the team's success with your skills and performance. Some days, you will be celebrating the main five from the bench, cheering them on, learning from the outside, and cheering them. Both roles are equally important and require a high level of commitment, humility, and selflessness. I believe that being a team player is not only a skill, but a way of life.
