📌 You can flavor jollof rice with natural ingredients like onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, bell peppers, and a blend of spices such as thyme, curry powder, and paprika. What Is Sake? Sake is a Japanese alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice. It consists of four ingredients: rice, water, yeast, and a mold called koji. You can't make sake with just any type of rice, though; a special rice called sakamai is required. 1 Junmai: Pure rice sake with no added alcohol, known for its bold and robust flavors. 2 Ginjo and Junmai Ginjo: Feature a fruity, floral profile with rice polished to 60% or less, ideal for sipping. 3 Daiginjo and Junmai Daiginjo: Highly refined, with over 50% of the rice polished away, offering a light, aromatic experience suited for special occasions. 4 Honjozo: Contains a small amount of brewer's alcohol, providing a smooth, lighter finish.

Recipe for making chai masala ☕☕ Content Dry ginger 100 grams Cardamom:- 50 grams Black Pepper (Pepper):- 50 gms Cinnamon:- 25 grams Cloves (long):- 25 gms Fennel seeds 25 grams Nutmeg powder (nutmeg powder): -1/2 teaspoon Tulsi leaves (Tulsi leaves): -10-12 leaves Dried rose petals (optional) method To make chai masala powder, first cut the sooth into small pieces. Now heat a pan. Fry the pieces in this pan on medium heat. Place the sip on a plate to cool as soon as the sip is moist. Again in the same pan add cloves, black pepper and cardamom. Then add cinnamon and fennel. Finally fry basil, rose leaves and all these proof spices for a minute, switch off the gas. Immediately spread these roasted spices on a plate. Allow the spices to cool completely. Now take a thin piece of sandha first in the mixer jar. Put this synth powder in a bowl. Then add the roasted spices in the same mixer jar and grind them finely. Finally mix all the spices with the roasted masala powder and nutmeg powder in the mixer again😊👍
