I was privileged to be part of the 2nd Annual Mombasa Health Research Conference 2024 organized by the Department of Health(DoH) in Mombasa county with the main theme of improving health through research. Sub-Themes : 1. Primary Health care 2. Health systems,service delivery and interventions 3. Holistic health and wellbeing 4. Collaborative health and community empowerment. Collaborative research brings together diverse expertise, resources, and perspectives, fostering interdisciplinary solutions that a single entry could not achieve alone. By working together, researchers can share data, validate findings, and accelerate the pace of discovery, leading to more robust and comprehensive outcomes. Such partnerships also facilitate translating research into practice, ensuring that scientific advancements are effective.
