Real estate is one of the world's biggest #polluters. But coming back from the ULI Europe Conference last week and MIPIM in March, it's hard to not feel buoyed about its #sustainability efforts. The self-awareness of those within the industry (they know many of their shortcomings) and actions being taken by occupiers, developers and investors are taking make it a worthy antidote to the #ESG backlash.
