🎉 Exciting News for Military-Connected Learners! 🎉 Military-connected learners can now access The Royal Canadian Legion #VeteranWelcomeProgram--> a free one-year membership with many additional benefits. Why join? It's more than just a membership. It's an opportunity to build a supportive social network, which is crucial for enhancing a postsecondary journey and post-military pursuits. Military-connected students face real and perceived obstacles to learning, and this new partnership will provide access to a range of services. 📚💼 Military-connected student clubs can develop a tangible connection with local #Legion branches, and branches should consider creative and innovative outreach efforts with colleges, universities, and polytechnics in their area. 🏫 Release Point Education is proud to have championed this effort, and we look forward to seeing it grow and be adopted by institutions nationwide. 📖 Learn more and sign up today: https://lnkd.in/guauzaSy. 7moDr. Darryl Cathcart , I’d really like to learn more about this program. I’ve been serving for the better part of two decades, full and part time, and have had very little interaction with the legion other than during remembrance month? Will the legion be able to connect students with operational units, are relationships already in place between academia and the legion to facilitate? Please let me know if we could chat at some point in the weeks ahead. Cheers.
