Customer Segmentation: - Continuously refine and expand customer segments based on evolving data and industry trends. Campaign Optimization: - Analyze and optimize marketing and sales campaigns using CDP insights. - Implement customized marketing campaigns by leveraging customer insights and CDP data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and IT) for end-to-end execution. - Use analytics to optimize existing campaigns and improve ROI. Campaign Management: - Develop an effective strategy to streamline content flow, processes, and improve campaign effectiveness. - Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and share regular reports with stakeholders. - Position CDP and Marketing Automation as a competitive edge and alternative to Mass Media. Customer Experience: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty through tailored experiences and exceptional service. - Measure and enhance customer satisfaction scores. - Focus on retention and engagement with existing customers during new acquisition campaigns. Streamline complex URL structure and help with documentation to mitigate tracking issues in the data & setup target test. ·        QA the implementation and validate props that are being captured for the metrics. Document functionality and implementations. ·        Identify all the existing URLs qualifying as a donation form and analyze the fundraiser journey. ·        Work to define web KPIs for FRX by analyzing the traffic and the behavior. ·        Build standard segments for P2P - Currently P2P Donation form segment only captures visits and not Orders in Adobe Analytics. We need streamlining of URLs similar to the English + Spanish Donation form segment for SJO. ·        Provide support with strong technical skills on debugging issues with Form Tagging and tracking, marketing channels and processing rules, Adobe Clickstream, GA4, SFMC, Email segmentation, Audience segmentation, Email tracking. ·        Build Donor and campaign AA/GA dashboards for FRX, email and mobile analytics. ·        Build overall email dashboard for leads - identifying qualified leads by connecting Adobe Analytics, SFMC and BI. ·        Build Donor/Volunteer/Fundraiser dashboards with organizations data sources and Journey maps to deliver actionable narratives on integrated campaigns, engagement, identifying optimization and testing opportunities to improve the experience.
