3wFor better understanding of your loyalty program: 1) Has the “credit back” ballance an expiration date? 2) Does the client have the ability to return money to the card from the “credit back” ballance? 3) Could be the monthly subscription be payed by “credit back” ballance ? About On-Time Promise (if possible to share): Who is responsible for penalty? Could it be the Merchant? Could it be the driver? Or is it entirely your responsibility?
