// Because we care We believe that psychological safety is the foundation of a safe workplace. This philosophy drives our daily commitment to safety through various initiatives designed to ensure top-tier safety and minimize the risk of injuries. We have safety representatives, safety groups, systematic reporting of safety risks, and continuous follow-ups on all efforts. We prioritize psychological safety right from an employee's first day on the job. New colleagues are quickly introduced to the entire team and management, fostering a supportive team environment from day one. This team spirit is further strengthened through our work culture and ongoing initiatives. We are convinced that when our employees experience psychological safety at work, they are more likely to voice concerns and contribute ideas. Therefore, psychological safety is just as significant a focus for us as physical safety. #hv #jointheDELPROteam #becausewecare

Addressing the ongoing challenge of workplace safety, it's crucial to underscore the persistent issue of slips, trips, and falls, which continue to be prominent contributors to on-the-job accidents. Despite advancements in safety measures, these incidents underscore the need for constant awareness and proactive measures. At Global Training Centre we live by this Mantra: "If you see it you own it." What this means is it is up to you to eliminate, mitigate and warn others of the hazard! Slips, trips, and falls might seem commonplace, but their impact on workplace safety is far-reaching. From minor injuries to more severe consequences, these accidents can disrupt workflow, result in absenteeism, and, most importantly, jeopardize the well-being of employees. In our commitment to fostering a secure work environment, it's imperative to remain vigilant. We must not only acknowledge the prevalence of these incidents but also actively engage in preventive measures. This involves regular safety training, maintaining clean and organized workspaces, and promoting a culture of awareness among all team members. By addressing the root causes and promoting a proactive safety culture, we can collectively work towards mitigating the risks associated with slips, trips, and falls. Let's prioritize safety, implement best practices, and encourage an open dialogue that empowers everyone to contribute to a safer and healthier workplace. Together, we can create an environment where accidents are minimized, and every individual can perform their duties with confidence and security. 👷♂️👷♀️ #socialmedia #innovation #oilgas

In the realm of workplace safety, practitioners often find themselves in a tight spot. Despite their best efforts, there are limits to what they can achieve. Budget constraints, resistance to change, and bureaucratic red tape can all hinder progress. Yet, these practitioner remain undeterred. They understand that their role is not just about implementing rules, but about fostering a culture of safety. They take pride in each small victory, knowing that every step forward is a potential disaster averted. Too idealist? Maybe.
