We closed a $7.5K deal last week – upfront payment! 🎉 Fairytale? Nope. Here’s the secret strategy behind it: 🔑 The 50-50 Approach Give clients a choice: ~ Pay in two equal installments, or ~ Pay upfront and enjoy a $500 discount. Why? ~ It’s not about forcing their hand. ~ It’s about appreciation for their trust in me. ~ Forget about pressure tactics; aim for a win-win. And guess what? ~ Over 70% of my clients choose the full upfront payment ~ Thanks to that irresistible discount. This approach works wonders for me.🤩 Question - What’s the highest you’ve charged advance till date?

End of the story!! Yup, I didn't continue the contract with the white-label client. Why? No clear communication from the white label client, No regular payments, and Over commitment to give the projects, No response till the weeks passed!!, Blame games! What is suffering at my end? Lost the team, lost trust, Financial distress, and many more.... So what after it? I applied for new contracts - and got 5 more contracts. What did I learn? - There are a lot of businesses available in the world, Don't depend on a single contract. - You are in the service-based business so you have expenses to bear. So what does it affect? - Switched payments to weekly and biweekly mode. - Weekly payment is keeping my confidence high. If you are good enough, Nothing can stop you.
