As we face the urgent need to address climate change, it's clear that nuclear energy is our strongest ally in the fight for a cleaner planet. The upcoming Pacific Basin Nuclear Conference at Idaho National Laboratory will dive into the latest in nuclear energy R&D, regulatory moves, and industry initiatives—all of which are crucial as we push toward global net-zero carbon goals. Let’s be real: If we’re serious about cutting down on pollution and meeting our energy demands without wrecking the planet, nuclear energy is the way forward. It’s efficient, reliable, and—most importantly—clean. This isn’t just about the future; it’s about taking decisive action now to ensure a healthier world for generations to come. If you’re attending the conference or just curious about where nuclear energy is headed, let’s connect. I’m always up for a good chat about how we can drive innovation and make nuclear the backbone of a sustainable future. #NuclearEnergy #CleanEnergy #NetZero #ClimateAction #Sustainability #Idaho

We signed an agreement today with Saskatchewan Power Corporation and Cameco Corporation to evaluate the potential for our nuclear reactor technology and nuclear fuel supply chain to help meet Saskatchewan’s future clean power needs. This new memorandum of understanding (MOU) will explore pathways to deploy Westinghouse’s reactor technology, including the advanced AP1000® reactor and AP300™ small modular reactor, for long-term electricity supply planning. We are excited about our continuing expansion in Canada. Last week, we opened a new global engineering hub in Kitchener, Ontario, dedicated to supporting the CANDU® operating fleet and deployment of Westinghouse new-build technologies – including the AP1000 reactor, AP300 #SMR and eVinci™ microreactor.
