This year, I also had the opportunity to attend the BAI AIC in Frankfurt.   Once again, I enjoyed an excellent event with many high-quality contributions. Many thanks to the event team and the speakers on the panels.   I would also like to thank all those with whom I exchanged ideas at this event. They want to improve industry productivity, embedding skillsets improvement across a dispersed and diverse workforce – accelerating the pace of change within the sector. “We really thought the CITB Industry Impact Fund would help us and help the industry to reach out to different parts of the industry that we weren't able to by ourselves." They have been awarded £226,000 to achieve their aims through face-to-face workshops, online modules, and digital content. "Working with our CITB regional manager really helped refine exactly what we were offering and the support to deliver it." The initial rollout will have 1,000 delegates involved, with 100 micro/small and 15 medium/large companies engaged in the programme.
