Expedia took on new heights with their Unpack '24 Report. The data is quite interesting in seeing how their CX is contributing to their marketing, along with customer behaviors over the past year. I think it's especially interesting to read about the travel industry in such a hopeful light as well when this whole industry was quite bleak only a few years ago. Watching it turn around has been very cool (especially taking part in it in my own way too!). This report was able to not only tap into customer feedback but also relate it to current pop culture trends, with nods to dupe culture and traveling for the Eras and Renaissance tours.
