The indicator "Development of environment-related technologies" seems to be going in the wrong direction in quite a few of the member states and comparative countries including the USA, China, Japan, etc.
Actually the best improvement was Albania. Surely everywhere has to be matching this performance, not going backwards?
How to interpret? To be honest, not really sure. Check the annexes for the interesting analysis.
