NACD has released the "2023 Report of the NACD Blue Ribbon Commission: Culture as the Foundation: Building a High-Performing Board". The report is our latest work in making boards a stronger strategic asset to their companies. This year we focused on shaping an intentional board culture that is responsive to change and resilient during crises.    The 2023 NACD Blue Ribbon Commission was led by distinguished cochairs Oscar Munoz, Mary Winston and an experienced collective of 24 directors who serve on more than 70 boards in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.    The Commission closely examined the critical but nuanced role of board culture in driving board performance. The result is a report of key recommended actions and practical tools boards can use and tailor, recognizing that no board culture is the same.     Members can read the full report today: https://bit.ly/3tj7ipL See the announcement release here: https://bit.ly/46bexin
