Kedward Avenue has been rewarded with The Bricks Site Recognition Award from LABC Warranty for the consistent quality of workmanship and site management shown 👏 Working in partnership with Thirteen Group, Esh is on site delivering 105 new homes in the Brambles Farm area of Middlesbrough. The £18 million development utilises modern methods of construction with all homes being built with a timber frame. Ten properties will also be built as ‘net zero-carbon’. Hear from Esh’s Site Manager, Lloyd Parkinson, as he speaks about the award and what he has implemented on site, while Thirteen Group’s Senior Project Manager and Executive Director of Development and Partnerships, Sam White and Joy Whinnerah, speak about the high standards on site and the collaboration throughout the project.
