Loved being on her pod!! ——- Here’s what we talked about: • "Language matters. Male-intensive, not male-dominated." • "You can shine without feeling like a show-off” • "Confidence comes with action; you must do the thing to gain the confidence." • "Beliefs are just stories we tell ourselves. We can rewrite those stories." ——- We covered: • Strategies for building self-belief and confidence. • The importance of role modelling for younger generations, particularly for women in leadership. • How to overcome societal and internal barriers by embracing change and believing in yourself. • The power of supportive networks and the value of professional coaching. ——- Listen here https://lnkd.in/eRVmUb_f

Jeremy and I had the most brilliant conversation with Melanie Greblo on all things Purpose. How important is meaning in our lives? What happens when we believe our efforts make a difference to others? How can we find what out matters to us most? And how can we incorporate that into the work we do? Mel is the Founder and CEO of Humans of Purpose, an impact venture to achieve safe social and economic participation for women who face barriers to employment, particularly survivors of domestic and family violence. Humans of Purpose has an ambition of changing the futures of 1 million women and children by 2040, and with Mel leading the way, Humans of Purpose has every chance of success. Mel is absolutely determined to leave the world a better place than when she found it. This conversation is inspiring and motivating - listen through clicking the link below wherever you get your podcasts: https://lnkd.in/erpF4Udk If you want to know more about Humans of Purpose, here is the link to their website: https://lnkd.in/eHB72eDs

Coaching Women & Minorities to Thrive with Purpose (ICF ACC) | DEI | Holistic Well-being & Public Health Nutrition Expert | Guiding Transitions
I had the honor of speaking on the Embrace Stuttering podcast. We explored people pleasing, self-esteem, and the power of embracing our true selves. During our conversation, I shared my belief in the importance of embracing diversity and moving beyond labels that limit us. We delved into how societal perceptions can shape our self-worth, especially for those who stutter, and explored ways to reclaim our narratives. Key takeaways from our discussion: 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘀: The power of embracing our unique identities without being defined by societal labels. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀: How focusing on our own goals, rather than others’ expectations, can transform our self-esteem. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Small steps we can all take to feel safer and more confident in our daily conversations. I’m a strong advocate for creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels heard and valued, and this conversation was a powerful reminder of how vital this work is. How are you navigating self-worth in your life? What strategies do you use to overcome societal expectations? Everywhere we look, we see all the things that divide us—politics, cultural differences, social issues. But what about the things that unite us? 🤔 ➡️While our differences are valuable and deserve recognition, it’s equally important to remember the common thread that binds us all: our shared humanity. ➡️At our core, we all experience joy, pain, love, loss, fear, and hope. Recognizing these shared emotions helps us connect on a deeper level, building empathy and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. Check out my blog: https://lnkd.in/gdW8Fcx5 Listen to the podcast: https://lnkd.in/gtUmC4-S Next time you find yourself focused on what sets you apart from someone, pause and consider: What experiences do we share as human beings? 👉🏾Let’s embrace what connects us and build bridges instead of walls. 💪 Empowering women founders to become Brilliantly Branded | 💃🏼 Coaching them to build authentic and impactful identities through the Power Wheel Methodology |🎙️ Podcast | 🎨 Branding Agency
Ever felt like you lost your voice? I did. And today is not about my guests in the podcast. Today It's about my story... When I transitioned from south and north America to Europe almost 9 years ago, something changed. I was once filled with passion and purpose, but suddenly, I felt muted. Recently, I had the opportunity to share this journey on La Frontera Podcast with the wonderful Matías Casares. As I sat down to record, I couldn’t help but reflect on how far I've come from those days of feeling voiceless. Matias asked, “What’s your purpose?” I realised, my journey is rooted in empowering women to embrace their authenticity and craft their personal brands. But how did I find that purpose? It all began with a realisation: I had a story to tell. A story not just about overcoming challenges, but about reclaiming my voice. I talked about my experiences working in various countries, how I often felt boxed in, labeled by where I came from rather than who I truly was. I shared how this journey inspired me to create The Brilliantly Branded Podcast, a platform where #women can share their stories and #empower one another. This is just the tip of the iceberg and would be more than happy to share my story with you many times but most importantly, It’s about recognising that our #voices matter and that we can connect deeply through our experiences. 💡 Some takeaways from our chat: ✳️ Your story is your strength. Don’t underestimate the power of your journey. ✳️ Happiness is in the journey. It's not just about reaching your destination but finding joy along the way. ✳️ Empower one another. Let’s lift each other up and create spaces where all voices can shine. If you’re curious about my journey or want to hear more, check out the episode! It’s in Spanish, but feel free to turn on the subtitles to enjoy it. Link in the comments. 👉 and let me know if part of my story make you feel identify and wanting to do something to achieve your purpose. Special thanks to Jesús Peña García 💥 for introduce me to Matías.
