1moThe chain needs to be built for repeat buy- a retailer will keep buying if he keeps selling- now he can sell repeatedly if consumers keep buying. Now how to ensure consumers keep buying? Placement Visibility Store support Retailers margin etc. Distribution has to have a mix of repeat buy from retailers(most important) and keep adding new retailers. I always believe existing retailers will give you 'the base' and new retailers will bring in the growth.
