Amex Exploration Inc. (AMX-V)   Amex reports up to 3.43% Cu, 34.00 g/t Ag, 1.80% Zn and 0.30 g/t Au over 20.80 m from QF Zone in metallurgical drill hole     On March 20, 2024, Amex announced assay results from a metallurgical hole drilled down dip in the QF Zone on the Perron Property. Recall on March 15, 2023 Amex had reported assay results from follow-up and expansion drillholes on the copper rich volcanogenic massive sulphide ('VMS') QF Zone (https://lnkd.in/gVqWvSkB). The QF Zone is located ~200 m to the NE of the Team Gold Zone and is a copper rich volcanic massive sulfide (VMS) body, which lies ~5 km from the past producing Normétal Mine (10.1 Mt of 2.24% Cu, 5.41% Zn, 0.53 g/t Au and 44.45 g/t Ag). Metallurgical hole PEX-23-189W1 reported 3.43% Cu, 34.00 g/t Ag, 1.80% Zn and 0.30 g/t Au over 20.80 m. A secondary mineralized lens also returned 1.19% Cu, 7.44 g/t Ag, 0.15% Zn and 0.11 g/t Au over 15.70 m. It is to be noted that the drill intercept is along drill axis N325 and is along the rake of the interpreted VMS Zone. Notably, the Perron Project is located ~120 km by paved highway from the Glencore Horne Smelter in Rouyn Noranda. Vancouver, B.C. – Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. (TSX-V: NCX) (“Northisle” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that additional diamond drill holes and assays from its West Goodspeed exploration program confirm the existence of near-surface porphyry-style mineralization over wide intervals. Assays released today for GS24-07 through GS24-10, combined with previously released drill holes at West Goodspeed have all intercepted copper and gold mineralization within a large, structurally controlled zone stretching over at least 800m of strike length which remains open along strike and at depth. Significant intervals from 2024 drilling at West Goodspeed are shown in Table 1. GS24-10 stands out as containing the longest intercept to date from West Goodspeed of 210m grading 0.50% Cu Eq. starting at overburden with a sub-interval of 68m grading 0.86% Cu Eq. Chakana Copper Corp (TSX.V:PERU)(OTC:CHKKF)(FRA:1ZX) reported “excellent grades” in results from the first two drill holes in the southern half of its Soledad project in Peru, where it has also just drilled two more holes. Of the two exploration holes drilled at the Estremadoyro breccia pipe, the company said Hole SDH24-284 intercepted 17.7 meters at 0.55 grammes of #gold per tonne (g/t), 0.77% #copper, and 39.7 g/t #silver (1.48% copper-equivalent); while Hole SDH24-285 intercepted 23.0 meters at 0.61 g/t gold, 1.02% copper, and 26.1 g/t silver (1.65% copper-equivalent). Torque Metals Ltd (ASX:TOR) has unveiled the maiden mineral resource estimate (MRE) for the Paris Gold Project in the Goldfields of Western Australia, containing 2.518 million tonnes at 3.1 g/t for 250,000 ounces of #gold. The MRE includes the Paris, HHH and Observation deposits, with 22%, 14% and 76% of their respective resources classified in the higher confidence “Indicated” category in the JORC classification. Torque says the Paris MRE is a shallow gold resource with high recoveries greater an 96%, with combined open pit (190,000 ounces at 2.9 g/t gold) and underground (60,000 ounces at 3.8 g/t gold) potential, supported by a near all-time high gold price of US$2,599 per ounce. Great Southern Copper PLC (LSE:GSCU) (GSC) said it has completed scout drilling at Abundante with drilling now underway at Teresita.  Both prospects are within the company’s #Especularita copper/silver project in the coastal metallogenic belt of northern Chile. At Abundante, six reverse circulation (RC) holes were drilled for a total of 484 metres with copper visually identified in four holes. Assays have been sent for testing. Teresita’s RC programme will target high-grade #gold and copper mineralisation associated with quartz-carbonate vein-breccias. Sam Garrett, GSC chief executive, said: "Preliminary target-concept drilling is now completed for the Abundante mine prospect where the company is targeting high-grade copper associated with #tourmaline breccia. Cooper Metals Ltd (ASX:CPM) has confirmed the presence of strong #copper mineralisation with assays from drilling at the Brumby Ridge Copper-Gold Prospect within the Mt Isa East Copper-Gold Project in northwest Queensland. Four diamond and five reverse circulation (RC) holes were completed in February and March this year, grading up to 58 metres at 0.53% copper and 0.02 g/t gold with a high-grade component of 3 metres at 4.14% copper and 0.08 g/t gold from 90 metres. Copper says the drilling results confirm the visual sulphides observed in April and indicate a north-northwest (NNW) trend to the copper-gold mineralised vein system, which stretches over 400 metres – only 120 metres have been drill tested so far.
